The rotamantle is a combination of Heating Mantle and Magnetic Stirrer to obtain heating and
stirring in round bottom flasks. The unit has two tier constructions with upper compartment consisting heating mantle
made of
fiberglass yarn and fitted with heating element. The smooth running apparatus utilizes the rotating magnetic
field from a
balanced permanent magnet to induce variable stirring action and uniform heating in closed or open flat
bottom or round
bottom flasks. The unit is provided with a Teflon coated magnetic stirring paddle. The step less
speed control enables
stirring from very low to the maximum and the energy regulator controls the heating at any
desired percentage of the heating
capacity.
