This is sliding mass single Pan Balance having die cast aluminium base,
beautifully painted, 150 mm dia stainless steel pan, three notched weighing beams with center indicating calibrated
sliders
(sliding masses) to indicate weight at any point on the notched beams, magnetically damped beam for rapid
weighing, spring
loaded zero adjust compensator. Tare capacity 225 gm.
Beams with graduated scales 0-500 g x
100 g, 0-100 g x 10g, 0-10
x 0.1 g. Thus giving a total capacity of 610 gm. Capacity is increased to 2610 gm by
hanging supplementary masses (2 x 1000
g, 1 x 500 g) on the ends of beam.
